Description: The Broadband Premises Installation and Service interactive course covers the knowledge required to install, maintain and troubleshoot triple play services (video, voice, and data) for cable telecommunications customers. This interactive course includes delivering a positive customer service, RF theory, troubleshooting, test equipment, common measurements and service restoration related to industry-wide standards and practices. The course also provides instruction in the latest technologies, such as MoCA, IPv6, home networking, Wi-Fi, and untethered devices.

Self-paced interactive Online Course: Learners start the SCTE·ISBE VirtuLearn™ course at any time, study at their own pace, and have access to dynamic online content after they register. On average, learners will spend approximately 4 hours per week over 12 weeks completing course activities. SCTE·ISBE provides access to the course for 3 years from date of purchase.
